Herrittaccei Shabazz-Starr

Herrittaccei has primarily focused her practice on complex civil litigation, insurance defense, transportation litigation and criminal law. She is actively involved in insurance defense litigation, including defending clients in trucking and motor vehicle accidents. Herrittaccei has previously defended suits on behalf of insurance companies, for insurance coverage disputes related to uninsured motorist/under-insured motorist coverage, insurance compliance and policy disputes. 

Education:

Herrittaccei received her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she also served as the public service liaison for non-profit organizations bringing public service and commitment to the community from the law school. Herrittaccei also completed (2) externships during law school at the Orange County Bar Association and Seminole County Public Defender’s office, practicing civil litigation and criminal defense.

Herrittaccei is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts and the United States Northern District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
